To all of our Hands Up Asia Tour fanpack buyers that are waiting for your missing tshirts and wristbands!! First off, I'd like to apologize for our lack of communication in regards to this issue! We know that it has now been nearly 2.5 months since the last concert!! I wanted to provide some clarity on the situation and will constantly update this thread, so please check back here! We have a list of everyone that is missing items and/or is waiting for their t-shirts. Since the t-shirts were misprinted, the production company agreed to make us new tshirts since it was their mistake. However, they have consistently been pushing production of our tshirts back to work on other orders (since we aren't paying for them to make new tshirts, they are doing this as a service for their mistakes). The t-shirts are still not in production :T but we will keep pushing the company to remake them for us ASAP and we will keep you updated.
We intended on doing a second batch of orders for the fanpacks and we were going to order the missing wristbands with this batch, however we were unable to reopen orders in December like we wanted to due to some scheduling conflicts. We'll be reopening fanpack orders by March and your missing wristbands will be made then1 We will have a new line of merchandise coming soon and for those of you that have been waiting patiently for the past 2.5 months, we will give you something from our new line of merchandise for free~~ you'll be contacted individually about that once we get that line going in a couple of weeks.
Please be advised that we cannot offer you a refund for any of the tshirts or wristbands you ordered, but we will do our best to make up for the long long delay~~!
Everytime we get updates from the production company about the tshirts, we will update this post so please come to this thread when you have questions instead of sending us emails! ;)

PS: I am posting this here so that it is out in the open and in public. We are not, have never, and will never scam you. I realize how terrible this has progressed considering it has been almost 2.5 months since the concert and as I mentioned, we will give you something to make up for both the long period of time waiting for your tshirts and for the lack of communication. We are not a store, this was just a project so I wish we could just buy everyone brand new tshirts and have them shipped to your doorstep but we do not have money to do that. The profits from this project went directly to pay for support projects for the boys in Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia Hands Up concerts. The additional extra profit was used for support projects for 2AM in Australia at the Korean Music Festival that went on around the same time.
UPDATE AS OF MAY 7TH, 2012:
The tshirts are already in Malaysia. However, our staff in Malaysia is away at school and they were sent to her home. She will not be able to ship them to Singapore until she goes home from school (it has been a couple of weeks since they arrived in Malaysia), but the product is completed and received by 2OD staff in Malaysia and will be shipped to Singapore as soon as she can get home to ship them! So the good news is that everything is completed and done with, it just needs to be shipped to you! :)
UPDATE AS OF MAY 12TH, 2012:
The t-shirts will be getting shipped to Singapore (from Malaysia) early this week (monday or tuesday!) :) Please give our staff some time to sort the t-shirts out once they arrive. We'll be contacting you all soon! :D

The t-shirts have arrived in Singapore. However, our staff is in the middle of finals, so we will respect her school schedule and begin contacting you after May 21st! Sound fair? :) Below is a confirmation shot of the received tshirts! \^__^/
